Bias 개인정보처리방침

1. 운영자와 문의

Bias는 주식회사 클라로(Klaro Co., Ltd.)가 운영합니다. 회사는 대표이사 이시헌을 개인정보 보호책임자(CPO)로 공개하고 있습니다. 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 문의와 요청은 contact@klaroworks.ai로 연락할 수 있습니다. Bias별 접수 경로, 본인 확인, 처리 절차는 확인이 필요합니다.

2. 처리하는 정보와 목적

• 로그인·계정: Google 로그인 흐름에서 받은 Google 식별자와 프로필을 사용하고, 서버는 이메일 인증 여부를 확인하며 이름 정보로 초기 표시 이름을 만듭니다. 계정 인증과 연결에 사용합니다.
• 채팅·여행 지원: 대화 기록과 요청한 여행 지원을 위해 채팅 내용과 계정에 연결된 여행 정보가 저장됩니다. 미디어를 보내면 업로드한 이미지나 선택된 영상 프레임을 장소 단서 분석에 사용할 수 있습니다. 제품 문서는 언어모델 서비스로 Claude를 명시하고 있으며, 음성 인식·합성은 선택 기능입니다.
• 위치: 브라우저 위치 권한에 따라 현재 위치를 브라우저 메모리에 두며, 사용 가능하고 위치 기능이 켜진 경우 채팅 요청에 포함될 수 있습니다. 켜기·끄기 설정은 해당 탭의 세션 저장소에 둡니다. 브라우저 권한과 앱의 위치 끄기 설정을 통해 제어할 수 있습니다.
• 선택 연결 기능: Gmail, Google Calendar, YouTube, 음성, 메시징 기능은 별도 이용 가능 여부와 설정이 있습니다. 아래에 확인된 기능별 데이터 이용을 안내합니다.

3. 저장·보유·삭제

Bias는 갱신 가능한 로그인 세션 쿠키를 사용합니다. 웹 앱은 일부 탭별 설정과 임시 작성·복귀 상태에 브라우저 세션 저장소를 사용합니다. 채팅과 일부 생성·업로드 음성/미디어 파일은 기능 제공을 위해 계정과 연결해 저장합니다. 정보 종류별 정확한 보유기간, 정기 삭제 일정, 백업 처리와 삭제 소요시간은 게시 전 확인이 필요합니다.

계정 메뉴에서 탈퇴를 요청하면 개인 작업공간, 소유자 파일, 통화·음성 파일과 프로필 기록을 삭제하는 절차가 실행됩니다. 처리 단계가 실패하면 재시도가 필요할 수 있습니다. 백업이나 제3자 시스템에서 즉시 삭제된다고 보장하지 않습니다. 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청 및 해당하는 경우 동의 철회는 위 연락처로 문의할 수 있습니다. Bias별 접수·확인·처리 절차는 검토가 필요합니다.

4. AI·지도 기능

Bias에 도움을 요청하면 답변 생성을 위해 메시지와 관련 계정 정보가 Claude로 전달될 수 있습니다. 장소·경로 도움을 요청하면 관련 검색어와 사용자가 공유한 위치가 지도·장소 검색 서비스로 전달될 수 있습니다. 업로드 미디어는 시각적 단서를 추출하는 데 처리될 수 있고, 선택 음성 인식·합성은 별도 변환 서비스를 사용합니다. 정확한 수탁자, 처리 위치, 보유 조건과 처리 근거를 최종 게시 전 운영 기록에서 확인해야 합니다.

5. 이용자 권리와 설정

브라우저 위치 권한을 제어하고, 각 기능 설정에서 선택 Google 연결을 해제하거나 Google 계정 설정에서 Bias 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지와 해당하는 경우 동의 철회는 contact@klaroworks.ai로 요청할 수 있습니다. 최종 처리방침으로 사용하기 전에 Bias별 요청 경로, 필요한 기록, 처리 근거와 절차를 확인해야 합니다.

Google connections: booking email and travel calendar

Connecting is optional and separate from basic Google sign-in. Gmail requests read-only mailbox access; Bias searches recent reservation-confirmation emails in bounded batches. It does not request permission to send or delete mail. Raw mail bodies are processed temporarily by a bounded parser, not sent to an AI model or stored as full messages.

Extracted booking details and limited source metadata are encrypted on the server for review. You confirm the details before they become Passport bookings or Google Calendar events. Email-reported status is not independent verification by a booking provider.

Calendar access checks busy times on your primary calendar without meeting titles or contents. Writes go only to a separate calendar created by Bias. Calendar copies are private and do not invite attendees. Hotel stays do not block every hour of your availability.

Connection tokens are encrypted with a dedicated server keyring. Disconnecting removes the selected connection and stops future access; pending Gmail imports are removed, while bookings you explicitly saved remain in Passport. Use “Remove imported Google data from Bias” to remove these connections and all email-imported Passport bookings. Copies already in Google Calendar remain under your control there. Deleting your Bias account removes all these local records.

Using these details in linked messengers needs separate opt-in. Only reviewed booking summaries and free/busy results are shared with the assistant; raw mail bodies, booking references and login data are excluded. Replies can remain in chat history. New or reconnected messengers require review again. Turning this off stops new reads and does not erase prior replies. This feature does not use Google data to train models, build advertising profiles, or provide data to advertisers. You can manage Bias’s Google permissions in your Google Account settings.
